Ananta Garments Ltd. & Ananta Sportswear Ltd. are housed in a state of the art building, having nine production floors each floor with an area of 42,000 square feet. The building is built on a land area of 8 acres, to accommodate current needs & future growth. The structural compliance of the building has been certified by number of foreign and local organizations including ACCORD & ALLIANCE.

Ananta Jeanswear Ltd. is a rising project of the company. At present 20 sewing lines have been operated. Keeping conformity with our tradition this factory has been built under close supervision of the in house ingineers in colaboration with external experts. Having the company Chairman as the Chief Architect of the factory complex we have been able to provice the employees here with another compliant and purpose built factory complex.

PWPL is one of the sister concerns of Ananta. It started iourney in the year 2001 and Ananta has taken over it in the year 2009.  Since then,  the plant has been expanded and upgraded rapidly in its equipment and facilities. The company is enhancing its technical, structural capability to a huge extent. It has a fully functional  ETP. It has a group of expert personnel to handle the most critical washes required in the industry. As a result, today PWPL is recognized as a pioneer wash plant in this arena.

Strict quality procedure: 
We are committed to providing the highest quality products. All garment pass through strict quality check before we start any dry or wet process on it. When dry process is complete, a 2nd quality check is done to filter any reject garment inter into the wet zone. After wash, a final quality check is placed to ensure highest quality level.

We know, establishing a modern Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is a moral responsibility as well as legal requirement for a washing factory. It is the For ecological balance, the earth desires to quench her thirst with pure water to provide us with greens lavishly. Paradise Washing Plant has a custom designed chemical-mechanical Effluent Treatment Plant. Compac in size and modern in technology, this ETP treats 1,00000 liters of effluents per hour very effectively. Our ETP transforms every single drop of wastage water into eco-friendly before discharging in the environment.

Ananta Leather Collections Ltd, a sister concern of Ananta companies, positioned on the outskirts of the city conforming to the local regulations. The company, in an attempt to diversify its export basket, established this factory back in June 2012. The leather sector in Bangladesh is thought to having a high probability of booming in coming days, and the raw materials and resources used in producing leather goods are sourced from local suppliers are some of the driving forces behind the establishment of Ananta Leather Collections Ltd.    

ANANTA, a well-established name in Bangladesh apparel manufacturing, started in 1992 & grew to 8 companies with 12,000 workers, producing 1.4 million garments per month. Having firmly made its mark and earned swelling popularity in the fashion industry working with noted brands, namely, GAP, H&M, George, Joe Fresh and others), it was initially committed to manufacturing leather products, primarily bags & SLG. However, over time it has continued to produce an assortment of mid-range and high-end products.

ALCL, although it started in a very limited scale, but it grew magnificently well with the management’s vast accumulated and substantial experience in the field of manufacturing Leather products. The experience of producing leather products for international market is now reinforced with the extensive experience and network of Ananta Companies in the arena of management, procurement, exposure, training & compliance issues. So, all things considered, ALCL is poised for success in the leather products sector.

Since 2012, the Japanese market has become our export hub for our leather products. With the enlargement of the production area, ALCL is now aiming to expand its export destination to the global market with its diverse products which are made out of high-tech materials. ALCL is also capable of developing leather and customizing the products in accordance with buyers’ choice. The major focus of ALCL is to make on-time shipments & not having missed any delivery schedule that reflects its continuous commitment to buyers, and its professionalism.

Manufacturing plant

Presently we are on a rented space of 10,000 sft with a workforce of 70+ persons. Machineries include Cutting, Skiving, Splitting, Sewing, embossing and other required tools.

We consider this as the initial stage and in future are planning to move to our own space with a much bigger production capacity. Presently we can make 6,000(+/-) bags per month.

Bimpex Limited Inc., a joint-venture company of Ananta is located in Dallas, Texas and serves as the marketing arm for customers in the United States . It provides scheduling, quality control and product development services. With the Addition of shipping and import logistics services, it offers complete Landed Duty Paid (LDP) and embellished package programs for customers.
